Holy shit, please send me that brisket recipe...and some of that rub, fedex preferred. Been doing big fat pork steaks marinated in coffee stout the last couple weeks--a la a Bob Beussink recipe. This is borderline food porn. By the way, I skipped work to go deer hunting this past week, didn't get one so nothing to really report...just wanted to keep this manly.

Slow-cooker beef brisket, with coffee spice rub. Oven roasted chicken thighs, with mixed veggies. Egg soufflé, with sausage and sweet potatoes. Meatballs and" zoodles," noodles made with zucchini. Paleo banana nut muffins.
