My training as of late involves one, maybe two bike rides a week, and three or four days of Crossfit.
I feel the same on the bike, maybe a bit stronger at times.
No more long ass boring days on the bike.
I ride when I feel like it, not when I feel like I should.
Almost lost sight of that.
It's fun again when I head out for a ride.
Race was hot.
Race was fun.
Happy with the results.
Results I actually finished 9th, right Nate? By approximately .001 seconds.

The opening descent. Watch at 1:45. Wow. Apparently he was fine.

Totally correct. I rolled over the finish line after you, probably more like a few seconds. With chip timing how could they get this incorrect?
Ha. Just messing with you really. Seriously though, that chip timing is a mess. On the forum it lists different lap counts for the two of us. I don't get it.
Nicely done. About time there's some activity on here, it's only been a month.
Good work. With a top 10 at State but most of all about enjoying riding again. Although, if I were in as good a shape as you I might be even more inclined to skip the rides I force myself to do.
